Dumbwaiter Elevator
Monkarj Elevator (Service elevator); elevators designed for freight transport. It is generally used for transportation of materials and goods between floors in restaurants, hospitals, libraries, industrial facilities, office buildings, villas. The overhead elevators, which are designed in sizes that people cannot enter, are small freight elevators. Service elevators are also called food elevators because they are mainly used in food services and large kitchens. (It is possible to make shelves to put plates, glasses, etc. inside the cabinet when requested.) Service elevators used as food elevators must be manufactured from materials suitable for hygienic elements in terms of areas in contact with the load. In these elevators, where hygienic conditions must be observed, stainless steel cabin coatings and antibacterial floor materials should be selected.
Guillotine type doors are used in service elevators. (They are two-panel doors that open up and down from the center.) Guillotine doors provide great convenience to the user thanks to opening and closing with a simple movement, and they do not occupy space when opened like semi-automatic doors.
It is possible to design door entrances from more than one direction in these elevators, whose carrying capacities are between 50 kg and 300 kg. It offers alternative solutions with both counterweight and drum coiled types. At every stop; There is an arrow indicating the up and down direction of the car, a signal, calling and sending function, as well as an optical digital display that shows the position of the elevator.
